Chad Aronson is the Global Head of Intelligent Automation within FinTech, leading Uber to build an enterprise-wide capability to optimize processes and bend the cost curve by creating a digital workforce. Mr. Aronson joined Uber in 2018 after serving as Director of Program Management at Salesforce where he was responsible for program management for Employee Success (HR Systems) and Customer Success Group portfolios, which included overall accountability for the life cycle of all technology programs. He was pivotal in driving a global rollout for Workday as well as a company-wide mobile application that transformed the way Salesforce provides performance reviews and constant feedback (showcased in Dreamforce 2017). Prior to joining Salesforce, Chad was the Senior IT Channel Delivery Manager at Blue Shield of California, where he led program teams for the $1B membership and claims transformation program including EDI and IVR platforms. He was responsible for introducing a lightweight scrum project management process, which was leveraged throughout all work streams fostering productivity and key project delivery. Mr. Aronson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Systems Management, Finance, and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati College of Business.
