At Deutsche Bank, Jyoti led the development of the company’s modern Data Architecture accelerated by Cloud. Ensuring precise and consistent control for data in Cloud environments and on-premises in a regulated environment is especially challenging, and Jyoti tackled these by establishing a Data Factory in Cloud. At IBM, Jyoti specialized in developing strategies and architectures for global enterprises to transform to Cloud and emerging technologies supporting customer success. During her tenure at IBM, Jyoti became known as a resilient leader, and IBM frequently and repeatedly sought her to reposition the company as an innovation-led technology partner, providing its customers. with client-centric, cross-industry solutions. A thought leader, Jyoti has published broadly and frequently presents at international conferences. She is a strong advocate for women in technology, and serves as a mentor for those who are early in career. She also champions open and transparent leadership in the workplace.
