Kaleana Quibell is the Founder of Both&, a platform dedicated to helping parents navigate career transitions and advocating for more flexible, supportive workplaces. Previously, she served as VP of Wellbeing at Sequoia, where she built and scaled employer wellbeing programs for some of the most innovative companies in the world. Today, Kaleana works as a go-to-market strategist for companies selling into the employer channel, leveraging her decade of experience in benefits, wellbeing, and HR strategy to help organizations successfully position and grow their offerings.
Hannah Thomas is Director, People Operations at Cart.com. With a background in hospitality and HR, she brings a people-first approach to designing inclusive, scalable benefit programs that support large hourly workforces. Hannah is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance employee experience and well-being. Her leadership is shaped by a deep appreciation for frontline teams and fueled by coffee and walks with her dog around Austin, TX.
Over the past ten years, I've worked on both the vendor and broker sides of employee benefits and leave management, focusing primarily on tech industry employers. Recently, I've transitioned to in-house benefits roles, serving as a benefits analyst at ZipRecruiter and currently as a benefit partner at a company in the AI space.
