As a Risk Executive with over 19 years of experience in AI, Data, IT, and Cyber risks, Cindy has spent the last 11.5 years building AI, Data, IT, and Cyber risk frameworks for top Financial Services companies. Prior to LPL, she has been with Capital One, Discover Financial Services, and Fannie Mae. Additionally, Cindy serves on the Editorial Board of CDO Magazine, AI Advisory Board of HotTopics, and Executive Advisory Board of FIMA Events. Given her specialty, Cindy helps shape the Data Governance and AI Governance Frameworks working with EDM Council and American Bankers Association.

- Pressure-test your oversight model with peers who've faced the same regulators — in facilitated discussion, you'll work through the three-layer oversight model (pre-deployment, runtime, post-action) and refine it against your own firm's risk appetite and regulatory reality.
